HOW TO FEEL ENERGETIC
The economical well being require hard work and lot of mental tension that an ordinary simple farmer can never understands and face. The industrialisation takes us away from the nature and the natural and free living. Our minds are always tense that drain our energy and many of us compensate by taking synthetic substances in the form of tonics, antioxidants and pain killers.
In Indian system of yoga we have many options that can help many if not all. In case of fatigue and tiredness, just interlock the fingers of your hands keeping the left thumb straight and pressing it with the right one. Do it for five minutes to feel the difference and than repeat it as required
For back pain press the index finger under the thumb of each hand and notice the difference..
Try these two options and let me know your comments so that I could a few tips more. Clapping is a good form of acupressure and five minutes clapping daily is good for a refreshed mood
